Diagram.RS is a free, browser-based tool that lets you write and preview Mermaid diagrams. No account is required. The Service is provided as-is, free of charge, with no guarantees of uptime or availability.
3. Your Content
Diagrams you create are processed entirely in your browser and are not stored on our servers. You retain full ownership of any content you create using the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to attempt to disrupt or overload the Service, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Diagram.RS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service uses Mermaid.js, an open-source library, to render diagrams. Mermaid.js is subject to its own license. We are not responsible for the behaviour of any third-party libraries or services.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
